Two Minds Crack

Two Minds Crack were a Welsh new wave band. They were known for their singles "Upside Down", "The Hunger and The Greed" and "Cry Cry Cry".
==History==
The band was formed in Port Talbot, Wales in 1980 by Kevin Jones, Mark Davies and Pete Martin. They recorded a demo tape reviewed by Steve Sutherland of ''Melody Maker'' and it was released in October 1981, as the first recorded version of "The Sense That Never Sleeps".
They moved to London in 1983 and recruited B. P. Hurding of X-ray Spex and Classix Nouveaux. They were signed to Sedition Records. They recorded their singles at the Workhouse Studios in Old Kent Rd with producer Laurie Latham and the late Gus Dudgeon. They released their first single, "The Hunger and The Greed", in 1984 which was popular in Spain and Italy. Their second release on Sedition was "Enemies of Promise", which did well in Europe.
After poor managerial decisions, Hurding left the band. In early 1985, they were subsequently signed to Sire Records and started working with producer Dave Hewson and sound engineer and producer Simon Humphrey. They released their only album, ''The Victory Parade'' in 1986. The song "Upside Down" was very popular in the Philippines. Single "Cry Cry Cry" charted at number 45 on the Hot Dance Music/Maxi-Singles Sales.
Success eluded the band and in 1988, although recording was planned for their second album, Sire dropped them. Shortly after, the band broke up.
